Greenlight Facilities Ltd. is delivering first and second fix electrical works on Cairn’s 266-unit residential development in Saggart, comprising 177 apartments and 89 houses and duplexes. Located west of the Citywest Hotel, the scheme features varied character areas and building typologies. Our team is progressing electrical installations with precision, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and consistent quality across the development.

Greenlight has delivered a one-of-a-kind home extension and refurbishment at Grove House in South Dublin. Designed by Altu Architects, the project features PV panels, underfloor heating, a heat pump system, and a pavilion-style concept shortlisted for the 2024 Building & Architect of the Year Awards.

Following a successful major upgrade project at Clancy Quay, Greenlight returned to support Kennedy Wilson with a dedicated car park refurbishment. This project enhanced safety, organisation, and long-term performance—demonstrating Greenlight’s ability to deliver both large-scale construction works and high-quality facilities management services.
