Greenlight is proud to continue its longstanding partnership with Kennedy Wilson, delivering end-to-end construction and facilities management solutions across the landmark Clancy Quay development in Dublin. After completing a significant programme of upgrade works on-site, Greenlight was invited back to undertake a comprehensive car park refurbishment—further demonstrating the trust and alignment between both teams.

Located at Islandbridge, Clancy Quay is one of Ireland’s most recognisable residential communities, combining historic buildings, modern apartments, and extensive amenity spaces. Greenlight’s initial construction scope focused on strengthening the estate’s long-term structural and operational performance. This included major basement upgrade works, such as:

  • Leak detection and remediation using RASCOR technology in all lift pits

  • Full fire-stopping and compartmentation improvements

  • Structural and safety enhancements

  • Construction of new, purpose-built bin stores

Delivered within schedule, the project significantly improved the development’s safety, resilience, and functionality, supporting Kennedy Wilson’s commitment to best-in-class residential management.

Returning to Enhance Day-to-Day Operations

Following the success of the upgrade works, Greenlight was re-engaged to support a specialised facilities management project within the estate’s underground car park. This one-off refurbishment prepared the entire space for a full relining of parking bays and directional markings.

Greenlight’s team carried out a complete clearing and cleaning of the car park floor, ensuring the surface was safe, compliant, and properly prepared for repainting. This careful preparation allowed for a precise, efficient, and long-lasting relining, improving clarity, traffic flow, accessibility, and overall resident safety within the space.
