Greenlight Facilities Ltd. is proud to be delivering first and second fix electrical works on a major new residential development for Cairn in Saggart, located to the west of the Citywest Hotel & Conference Centre. This large-scale scheme comprises 177 apartments and 89 houses and duplexes, contributing significantly to the growing residential landscape of the area.

Designed to respond to its varied urban context, the development features a series of distinct character areas. These include 2-storey terraced housing, 3-storey dual frontage duplex units, and apartment blocks ranging from 3 to 8 storeys. The result is a thoughtfully planned residential neighbourhood delivering scale, diversity, and high-quality living environments.

Greenlight is currently progressing the electrical first and second fix installations across the 266-unit scheme. Our scope includes containment, cabling, power distribution, lighting infrastructure, and preparation for final fit-out works. Working in line with current safety regulations and project programme requirements, our team is ensuring consistent quality, compliance, and efficiency across all unit types and building typologies.
