Our partnership continues to grow, with several live developments underway:
Adamstown Boulevard – 258 high-quality homes, a mix of 2-, 3-, and 4-bed units with full electrical installation.
Adamstown Tandy’s Lane – 152 homes, including duplexes and apartments, completed with full electrical installation.
Clonburris Heron’s Lock – 207 homes, featuring a mix of 2-, 3-, and 4-bed duplexes and apartments with full electrical installation.
And this is just the beginning — with more Evara sites scheduled for delivery through 2026, Greenlight is proud to help shape Ireland’s next generation of residential communities.
